How do I enroll for a course?
We have made it easy and convenient for you, simply browse our courses or bundles and select the one you are interested in. You can browse using the category fields or using key terms. Add the course, bundle or membership to the cart or hit the buy now button and follow the easy check out process.
How do I access my course?
Once you have enrolled in a course you’ll be sent an email with course access instructions. With most courses It takes just a few minutes and you can start your training right away. You can save the LMS URL or login via the home page of our website.
What certificate will I get?
For every course you will receive an everskill certificate of completion. For the international exam preparation courses you will have to register with the body or the technology company to register and write your exam. See our resources section for more info.
When should I register?
At everskill you can register at any time of the year. Our courses a self-paced online learning and you have the flexibility to study around your own schedule.
What are Certification Prep Courses?
Exam preparation courses are carefully constructed to assist students with preparation for and passing industry or technology exam. Our courses have build-in self assessments to test a student’s comprehension and ability to pass the exam. These exams are normally conducted by the technology company themselves or authorized 3rd party providers. When a student passes these exams they will obtain official certification from the body or technology company, such as Cisco or Microsoft. What is industry certification?
Some of our most poplar courses also prepares you to take the international exam from industry leaders like CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc. These Industry exams certify you for the particular technology of the course. These certifications are sought-after in the employment market. These exams are not included in the price and you can book the exam directly with the external body once you have completed your course with us.
Can I take more than one course at a time?
Yes you can enroll for more than one course at a time. Our affordable bundled courses will give you access to all the courses in that bundle. The courses vary in proposed study length and can be spread over your schedule. If you are interested in more than one course we suggest you check out our membership options and bundles for significant savings.
Do the courses expire after a certain period?
Yes, although it depends upon your course or membership. The standard access for all our courses is for 1-year. We do offer renewal rates at a significant discount and we find most of our students are hooked once they enroll. IT technologies and their certifications are always changing, so our students recognize the value of ongoing certifications. Our courses are updated regularly so once the changes are implemented you will have access to these changes.
What support do I receive?
Our courses are video lecture-led courses designed to enable any students to progress through the course work at their own pace. We are a self-study course-hub and our support is limited to account and technical queries. What is an everskill bundle?

What does a course bundle include?
With a course bundle you will get access to all the individual courses in that bundle. These courses will be available in your profile on our LMS, ready for you to complete at your own pace. You will receive an everskill certificate of completion for all the courses in the bundle that you successfully complete, if you don’t complete all then its ok, you still get your certificate for those you did complete.

How do I pay for my course?
We offer easy, safe and convenient online payments for all our courses. Simply select the course or bundle you are interested and proceed to check out. In the check simply select the payment option best suited to you and complete the payment gateway’s process.
What payment options do you offer?
On our courses we offer 1) Credit & Debit Card, 2) Instant EFT, 3) Mobicred that offers instalment based payments to assist you in managing your cashflow, 4) Limited store cards and scan to pay options. On our All Course Memberships we offer recurring Credit & Debit card purchases that will deduct your instalment over the length of your membership.
How safe are online payments?

Are the industry certification exam cost included?
No, industry or company exams are not included with your purchase. You can view fees on the website of the certification body and vary from time to time.
How will I know if my payment is successful?
Once you have completed the checkout process with our payment provider you will receive a payment confirmation mail from Payfast and from ourselves, including an invoice for your course. You will also have an account on our site and you can check under your purchases.
When can I request a refund?
Yes you can, we have a no-questions asked 7 days refund policy. If you want to cancel your course and get a refund simply mail us on accounts@skills.dolife.io within 7 days after you made your purchase for a full refund. Of course we cant refund you if you completed the course.
How long does my refund take?
A refund takes about 5 working/business days to process.

Is everskill registered and accredited ?
No, everskill is not a university, or college, and we do not provide qualifications. If you are looking for a qualification on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) then we suggest you visit your local university. Our courses are IT and technology specific skills training in various disciplines and technologies used in the business world. Some of our courses are preparation, or “‘Certification Prep’ courses which are aligned to internationally recognized certifications. Their goal is to prepare you to successfully write an industry or tech specific certification conducted by the relevant authority. For example any CompTIA certification, our course will prepare you step by step for the exam and once you are comfortable and achieve your everskill certificate you can register for an online exam with CompTIA and obtain your CompTIA certification.
Will the training and certification help me get a job?
